Hello penguins of the world! Recently a youtube user was asking about the arctic white color some people have
and club penguin replied saying "Tell you what...... We'll have more info for you about that on the Club Penguin blog next week. I think billybob gets the scoop on that one :)"
Well the question is for you. Will arctic white come out or will it just be a dream?
